Shipping & Returns
When you order an item from us, you can rest assured that we are immediately getting busy on your behalf. All our garments are printed to order and this process can take up to 3 days. The item is then packaged and shipped same or next day. Within the UK, this is using the Royal Mail service and delivery typically takes 2-5 days.
Coloured T-Shirts or garments other than T-Shirts (long sleeves, vests, skinnies, wife beaters & hoodies) take a bit longer. We don't hold as many blanks of these in stock so have to wait until our weekly delivery days. Please allow a bit longer when ordering one of these and, if you want an estimated date of arrival prior to ordering, get in touch.
If you live outside the UK, delivery times are longer. Europe takes approximately 5 days, the USA 10, Australia 14. Of course, this is an approximation; circumstances in your own country may slow things down your end.
If an item hasn't arrived as expected, we first ask that you check with neighbours and the sorting office. Although postie should leave a card, they often don't. If you have no luck, please do let us know.
Our returns policy varies, depending on the item. Our clothing is bespoke (made to order with your choice of print, size and garment type) and, as such, cannot be returned for a refund, although we are more than happy to exchange for a different size, or if there is a material problem. All other items fall under the usual distance selling rules, provided items are unused.
And that is about it. We aim to be friendly, helpful and co-operative at all times. Those unfortunate souls that feel the need to send aggressive emails get treated just as well as the polite individuals who express concern at the whereabouts. We just take the piss out of the first lot.
